1. Go to eTESDA Portal (www.e-tesda.gov.ph) and log-in using your registered
username and password.
a. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking the sign up now hyperlink and fill up the registration form.
2. Once you have successfully logged-in, from the eTESDA Portal Menu, click on the Jobs link.
3. Enter your Email Address or Gold Card number in career card number field and fill -up the rest of the resume form.
4. Once finished click on the submit button.
