Under the PGMA Expanded Free Assessment Services of TESDA (PGMA-E FAST) Sec. Augusto Boboy Syjuco signed a TESDA Circular stating, all Technical Vocational Institute(TVI) - Assessment Venue(AV) assessors shall receive an honoraria of P100.00 per candidate assessed. Likewise, the Assessment Venues (AV) shall be reimbursed with the cost of supplies and materials used during assessment.
